Telephone Support

Use the Call Me button to speak with a support technician over the phone.

  1. Click on the Call Me button.
  2. Enter your name and phone number
  3. Answer your phone and speak with a technician.

The call me feature makes use of VOIP telephone features provided by GrandCentral, a Google service.

O3 - Out of Office Desktop Support

NOTE: You will need to speak to a support technician to get a connection code in order to use this function.

  1. Enter the code you are given by the support technician:
  2. Click
  3. If you are given the option to open or save the file, select open.
  4. Click run to respond to the security notification.
  5. A support technician will connect to your computer to resolve your problem.

O3 - Out of Office Desktop support is a variation of the O3 - Out of Office Workplace product developed by Prescribed Technologies.
