O3 - Out of Office Desktop Support

NOTE: You will need to speak to a support technician to get a connection code in order to use this function.

4. Click run to respond to the security notification.
5. A support technician will connect to your computer to resolve your problem.

Telephone Support

Use the Call Me button to speak with a support technician over the phone.

1. Click on the Call Me button.
2. Enter your name and your phone number
3. The system will call you back.
4. Answer your phone and speak with a technician.

The call me feature makes use of VOIP telephone features provided by Google Voice.
